Sessions can offered in person or remote. Classes and training's throughout the year for anyone interested in becoming certified in this ancient healing modality. I also offer Vibrational Reiki training.
Advanced Certified Integrative Amrit Method (IAM) Yoga Nidra Facilitator
An ancient sleep-based meditation technique that allows you to enter into the deepest levels of relaxation and profound stillness of body and mind. Assists in erasing our self-destructive habits and behavior problems. Yoga Nidra aids in assisting with unresolved emotional healing, PTS, grief, insomnia, addictions/compulsions & traumatic brain injury.
Available for private or group sessions, can be done in person or remote.
